Object

26. Object

The object of this Part is to help ensure that-

   (a)  the Corporations Law of Victoria, and the Corporations Law of each
        jurisdiction other than Victoria, are administered and enforced on a
        national basis, in the same way as if those Laws constituted a single
        law of the Commonwealth; and

   (b)  the ASIC Law of Victoria, and the ASIC Law of each jurisdiction other
        than Victoria, are administered and enforced on a national basis, in
        the same way as if those Laws constituted a single law of the
        Commonwealth.
