Commonwealth Minister to obtain consent of State Minister

19. Commonwealth Minister to obtain consent of State Minister

Despite Part 1.3 of the Corporations Law of Victoria and section 20 of this
Act, the Commonwealth Minister may only make an order under section 111A of
that Law, or that section as applying because of section 20 of this Act, with
the consent of the Minister for this jurisdiction.
