15. Corporations Law of Victoria



(1) Chapter 5 (except Part 5.8) of the Corporations Law of Victoria binds the
Crown not only in right of the State of Victoria but also, so far as the
legislative power of the Parliament permits, the Crown in right of the
Commonwealth, of each of the other States, of the Capital Territory, of the
Northern Territory and of Norfolk Island.

(2) To avoid doubt, Chapter 7 of the Corporations Law of Victoria does not
bind the Crown in right of the State of Victoria, of the Commonwealth, of any
other State, of the Capital Territory, of the Northern Territory or of Norfolk
Island.
