Minimum standards

9E. Minimum standards





(1) The Secretary must cause a written statement to be prepared setting out
minimum standards in relation to the provision of services by a contractor
under an agreement entered into under section 8B(1) or 9(1).

(2) The Chief Commissioner of Police must cause a written statement to be
prepared setting out minimum standards in relation to the provision of
services by a contractor under an agreement entered into under section 9AA.

(3) The Secretary or Chief Commissioner of Police may from time to time amend
the statement prepared by him or her.
