Building work

8G. Building work



(1) Section 218 of the Building Act 1993 does not apply to the carrying out of
building work under an agreement under section 8B(1)(a).

(2) Sections 30 and 73 of the Building Act 1993 do not apply in relation to
any permit, approval, amendment, plan or other document relating to building
work carried out or to be carried out under an agreement under section
8B(1)(a).
