Suspected dangerous letters may be disposed of

47A. Suspected dangerous letters may be disposed of

If the Governor reasonably suspects that any letter to, or from, a prisoner
contains an unauthorised article or substance that could pose an immediate
danger to any person, the Governor may dispose of the letter in any manner he
or she considers to be appropriate.
