Visits by judges or magistrates

34. Visits by judges or magistrates



(1) A judge of the Supreme Court or the County Court or a magistrate may visit
any prison at any time.

(2) A person who visits a prison under this section may report on the visit to
the Minister.

(3) A person's report under this section to the Minister may include
recommendations as to the action to be taken concerning any matters mentioned
in the report.
