CORRECTIONS ACT 1986 - SECT 24
Delegation by GovernorA Governor may by instrument delegate to any officer or class of officers within the meaning of Part 5 any function or power of the Governor under this Act or any regulations made under this Act, except this power of delegation, and any power which is declared by the regulations to be a power which the Governor cannot delegate.
