Delegation by Governor

24. Delegation by Governor

A Governor may by instrument delegate to any officer or class of officers
within the meaning of Part 5 any function or power of the Governor under this
Act, except this power of delegation, and any power which is declared by the
regulations to be a power which the Governor cannot delegate.
