Prison officer subject to direction of principal of training institutions

18. Prison officer subject to direction of principal of training institutions



(1) An officer attending a training institution is subject to the direction of
the principal of that institution.

(2) In this section training institution means an institution for the training
of officers established or conducted in accordance with the regulations.
