Employment under the Public Administration Act

12. Employment under the Public Administration Act







(1) There may be employed under Part 3 of the Public Administration Act 2004 a
Secretary to the Adult Parole Board and such Governors, prison officers,
escort officers, principal medical officers, medical officers, Regional
Managers, community corrections officers and other officers and employees as
are necessary for the purposes of this Act.
