115. Transitional provisions-Criminal Justice Legislation (Miscellaneous
Amendments) Act 2002



(1) The amendments to this Act made by section 7 of the Criminal Justice
Legislation (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act 2002 apply to fingerprints taken
after the commencement of that section.

(2) The amendments to this Act made by section 8 of the Criminal Justice
Legislation (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act 2002 apply to information whether
obtained before or after the commencement of that section.
