CORRECTIONS ACT 1986 - SECT 104X
Victim may ask to be notified of award of damages to prisoner(1) A victim in relation to a criminal act by a prisoner may apply to the Secretary to be notified of an award of damages to the prisoner.
(2) An application must be in writing.
