CORRECTIONS ACT 1986 - SECT 104L

This Division applies if the Post Sentence Authority directs a monitored person to receive visits from an officer as a condition, imposed under section 31(10) of the  Serious Offenders Act 2018 , of the supervision order or interim supervision order to which the monitored person is subject.
