Director's duties relating to autopsies

73. Director's duties relating to autopsies

If a coroner directs the Institute to perform an autopsy on a body under
section 27, or the Supreme Court orders the State Coroner to require the
Institute to perform an autopsy on a body under section 28, the Director must-

   (a)  ensure that an autopsy is performed; and

   (b)  report the results of the autopsy to the coroner or State Coroner; and

   (c)  keep a record of the autopsy.
