Director

68. Director



(1) The person who holds the Chair of Forensic Medicine at Monash University
is the Director of the Institute.

(2) If no-one holds the Chair, the Governor in Council may appoint a person to
act as Director on the terms and conditions in the instrument of appointment.

(3) The Director must carry out the objects of the Institute under the
direction of the Council.

(4) An Acting Director may be re-appointed.
