Aid to coroners in other places

25. Aid to coroners in other places



(1) The State Coroner may use any of the powers of a coroner under this Act to
help a coroner of another State or of a Territory to investigate a death.

(2) If the Attorney-General so directs, the State Coroner must use any of the
powers of a coroner under this Act to help a coroner of another State or a
Territory to investigate a death.
