Coroners Act 1985 - SECT 21

21. Reports
(1) A coroner may report to the Attorney-General on a death which the coroner
investigated.
(2) A coroner may make recommendations to any Minister or public statutory
authority on any matter connected with a death which the coroner investigated,
including public health or safety or the administration of justice.
(3) A coroner must report to the Director of Public Prosecutions if the
coroner believes that an indictable offence has been committed in connection
with a death which the coroner investigated.
