Information to coroner

14. Information to coroner



(1) A person who reports a reportable death or a reviewable death must give to
the coroner investigating the death any information which may help the
investigation.

Penalty: 10 penalty units.





(2) A member of the police force who has information relevant to an
investigation relating to a reportable death or a reviewable death must report
it to the coroner investigating the death.
