11. Employment of coroner's clerks



(1) Coroner's clerks are to be employed under Part 3 of the
Public Administration Act 2004.







(2) A registrar or deputy registrar of the Magistrates' Court may act as a
coroner's clerk if an investigation is held at the Magistrates' Court.
