Sufficient statement of estimated credit charge

79. Sufficient statement of estimated credit charge

It is sufficient compliance with the provisions of this Part that require the
estimated credit charge to be stated on or in relation to a regulated contract
under which the whole or any part of the credit charge is an estimated credit
charge, if the estimated credit charge is-

   (a)  stated as a charge less than that required to be stated; or

   (b)  stated as a charge greater than that required to be stated by not more
        than one part in one hundred of the charge required to be stated.
