Debtor to be given prescribed statement

58. Debtor to be given prescribed statement

A credit provider shall, before the debtor first incurs a debt under a
continuing credit contract, give to the debtor a statement in or to the effect
of the form prescribed for the purposes of this section. Penalty: 20 penalty
units.
