Payment on behalf of debtor

51. Payment on behalf of debtor

Where, under a continuing credit contract, the credit provider satisfies the
amount payable by the debtor to a supplier in respect of the supply of goods
or services or cash, the credit provider shall, for the purposes of this
Division, be deemed to have paid to the supplier the amount (whether or not it
is the same as the first-mentioned amount) that would have been payable by the
debtor to satisfy the amount so payable.
