18. Exceptions from application of Act

(2) The provisions of Parts III, IV, V, VI, VII and VIII do not apply to or
with respect to the provision of credit by an authorised deposit-taking
institution or a pastoral finance company where the credit is provided by way
of overdraft or otherwise than by way of credit sale contract, continuing
credit contract or term loan.
