Minister may make certain grants

94. Minister may make certain grants

The Minister may, out of moneys appropriated for that purpose by Parliament,
make grants from time to time to such persons or bodies as the Minister thinks
fit whose functions include any of the following functions-

   (a)  providing information about the rights and obligations of persons
        under this Act;

   (b)  providing information about the operation of this Act;

   (c)  providing advice to debtors and mortgagors under this Act in relation
        to regulated contracts or regulated mortgages.
