Credit (Administration) Act 1984 - SECT 91
Proceedings
91. Proceedings
Notwithstanding anything in any Act, proceedings for an offence against this
Act may be brought within a period of three years after the commission of the
alleged offence or, with the consent of the Director of Public Prosecutions,
at any later time.
