General penalty

90. General penalty



(1) A person who contravenes or fails to comply with the provisions of this
Act is guilty of an offence.



(2) A person who is guilty of an offence under this Act for which a specific
penalty is not prescribed by a provision of this Act other than this
subsection, is liable to a penalty not exceeding 10 penalty units.
