5. Definitions in Credit Act 1984 and Consumer Credit (Victoria) Act 1995

Expressions used in this Act shall, unless the contrary intention appears,
have the same respective meanings as in the Credit Act 1984 or the
Consumer Credit (Victoria) Act 1995, as the case requires.
