Secrecy

15. Secrecy



(1) This section applies to every person who is or has been the Director or a
member of the staff assisting the Director but does not apply to an inspector.

(2) Subject to this section, a person to whom this section applies shall not,
either directly or indirectly, except in legal proceedings or in the
performance of a duty under or in connexion with this Act or the Credit Acts,
make a record of, or divulge or communicate to any person, any information
concerning the affairs of any person acquired by him by reason of his office
or employment under or for the purposes of this Act or the Credit Acts.

Penalty: 5 penalty units.
