Powers of Director

12. Powers of Director

Subject to this Act and the Credit Acts, the Director has power to do all
things necessary or convenient to be done for or in connexion with the
performance of his functions, and, in particular, may, in investigating a
complaint in relation to a credit provider or finance broker, seek compliance
by the credit provider or finance broker with this Act and the Credit Acts.
