Seal

7. Seal

The common seal of the Commissioner may be affixed to an instrument or writing
by the Commissioner referred to in section 4(1) or by a Deputy or Assistant
Commissioner authorized so to do either generally or in a particular case or
class of cases and the Commissioner or Deputy or Assistant Commissioner so
authorized shall attest by his signature the fact and date of the seal being
so affixed.
