Commissioner for Corporate Affairs

4. Commissioner for Corporate Affairs



(1) Subject to the Public Service Act 1974, there shall be a
Commissioner for Corporate Affairs.

(2) Subject to the Public Service Act 1974, there shall be appointed such
Deputy or Assistant Commissioners for Corporate Affairs and other officers and
employčs as are necessary for the purposes of this or any other Act.

(3) A person who is the Commissioner for Corporate Affairs, a Deputy or
Assistant Commissioner for Corporate Affairs or an officer or employč referred
to in subsection (2) is, for the purposes of the National Companies and
Securities Commission (State Provisions) Act 1981 a person appointed for the
purposes of this Act.
