Commencement

2. Commencement

Sections 1, 2 and 15 shall come into operation on the day on which this Act
receives the Royal Assent and the remaining provisions of this Act shall come
into operation on a day or days to be fixed by proclamation or successive
proclamations of the Governor in Council published in the Government Gazette.
