Waiving of fees

10A. Waiving of fees

Subject to any directions of the Treasurer of Victoria, the Commissioner may-

   (a)  for and on behalf of the State, waive or reduce, in a particular case
        or classes of cases, fees that would otherwise be payable pursuant to
        an Act to the Commissioner for and on behalf of the State; or





   (b)  refund in whole or in part, in a particular case or classes of cases,
        fees paid pursuant to an Act to the Commissioner for and on behalf of
        the State.
