7C. Powers under this Part subject to provisions and conditions of Order or
approval

The powers under section 7B of trustees of any property given for charitable
purposes in respect of which this Part applies must be exercised in accordance
with the Order of the court or the Attorney-General's approval given under
this Part, including any provisions or conditions to which that Order or
approval is subject, as the case requires.
