Regulations

7. Regulations



(1) The Governor in Council may make regulations for or with respect to-

   (a)  prescribing forms for applications made under this Act;

   (b)  prescribing fees for applications made under this Act;



   (c)  generally, all such matters and things as are authorized or permitted
        to be prescribed or are necessary or expedient to be prescribed for
        carrying this Act into effect.

(2) Regulations made under this Act-

   (a)  may be of general or limited application;

   (b)  may differ according to differences in time, place or circumstances;

   (c)  in the case of regulations prescribing fees under subsection (1)(b),
        may provide for fees calculated on a sliding scale.
