CONSTITUTION ACT 1975 - SECT 87AAM

    (1)     The Judicial Commission is to have a governing body called a Board.

    (2)     The Board is responsible for—

        (a)     performing the functions of the Judicial Commission; and

        (b)     exercising the powers of the Judicial Commission.

    (3)     The Board consists of—

        (a)     the judicial members of the Board; and

        (b)     4 members appointed under section 87AAO.
