Election of President

31. Election of President



(1) The Council, if there is no President, shall before proceeding to the
despatch of any other business elect a member of the Council to be the
President.

(2) In the case of the death resignation or removal by a vote of the Council
of the President the Council shall before proceeding to the despatch of any
other business elect some other member to be the President.

(3) The President so elected shall preside at the meetings of the Council
except as may be provided by the standing rules and orders.
