Title of members

29A. Title of members



(1) A member of the Council who is not the President or a member of the
Executive Council is not entitled to be styled "The Honourable".

(2) Nothing in subsection (1) affects any privilege or right of a person who
ceased to be a member of the Council before the commencement of section 10 of
the Constitution (Parliamentary Reform) Act 2003 to be styled "The
Honourable".
