How in case of adjournment orders of either House shall be deemed to have been appointed

22. How in case of adjournment orders of either House shall be deemed to have
been appointed

All orders made by the Council or the Assembly and appointed for the day to
which the Council or the Assembly (as the case may be) has been adjourned or
to any day or days subsequent thereto other than and except any order or
orders specially appointed for particular days and declared to be so fixed
notwithstanding any meeting under the provisions of section 20 and other than
any order made under the express provisions of any Act shall be deemed and
taken to have been appointed for the day on which the Council and the Assembly
shall meet in pursuance of such proclamation.
