Summoning of Parliament

20. Summoning of Parliament

The Governor may by proclamation summon the Council and the Assembly to meet
for the despatch of the business of the Parliament on any day not less than
six days from the date of such proclamation or in a case of emergency upon
such shorter notice as he may think fit.
