CRIMES ACT 1958 - SECT 74AA
Theft of firearm(1) A person must not steal a firearm.
Penalty: 1800 penalty units or 15 years imprisonment.
(2) For the purposes of subsection (1)—
"firearm" has the same meaning as in section 3(1) of the Firearms Act 1996 .
