CRIMES ACT 1958 - SECT 593A
Transitional provision—Crimes (Questioning of Suspects) Act 2000The amendments of this Act made by the Crimes (Questioning of Suspects) Act 2000 applies to any person who is, at any time on or after the commencement of that Act, a person of a kind referred to in section 464B(1)(a), irrespective of when the offence to which the questioning or investigation relates was committed or alleged to have been committed.
