CRIMES ACT 1958 - SECT 50B
Rebuttable presumption as to family relationshipIn a proceeding for an offence against a provision of this Subdivision, there is a rebuttable presumption that—
(a) A knows that A is related to B in the way alleged; and
(b) people who are reputed to be related to each other in a particular way are in fact related in that way.
