466. Justice may issue warrant to search for gunpowder61



Where any credible person on oath before a magistrate shows reasonable cause
to suspect that a person named or described has in his possession or on his
premises any machine or implement or gunpowder or other explosive dangerous or
noxious substance or things suspected to be made or kept or carried for the
purpose of committing any of the felonies in Division one or three of Part I,
the magistrate may grant a warrant to search for the same by day or by night.
