Police to be present at courts
390. Police to be present at courts
* * * * *
(2) The Chief Commissioner of Police shall direct that a sufficient number of
members of the police force shall be present to keep order in and within the
precincts of the court-room at all sittings of the Supreme Court in its
criminal jurisdiction and of the County Court in its criminal jurisdiction and
shall at the request of the presiding judge direct that an additional number
of such members shall be present at any particular sitting with respect to
which the request is made.
