Term of office of appointed members

8. Term of office of appointed members



Subject to the provisions of subsection (3) of the next succeeding section the
members of the council appointed by the Governor in Council shall be appointed
for a period of five years but upon the expiration of such period shall be
eligible for re-appointment if then qualified.
