Incorporation

7. Incorporation



The council shall be a body corporate by the name of the Anti-Cancer Council
of Victoria with perpetual succession and a common seal; and shall by that
name be capable in law of suing and being sued and subject to and for the
purposes of this Part of acquiring receiving holding selling leasing taking on
lease mortgaging exchanging or disposing of real or personal property and of
doing or suffering all such other acts or things as bodies corporate may by
law do and suffer.
