Gifts and moneys subject to conditions

28. Gifts and moneys subject to conditions



(1) The council may accept gifts and endowments of real and personal estate
either for special purposes of the council or in aid of the general purposes
thereof and upon such terms and conditions (not inconsistent with the objects
of the council) as may be agreed upon between the council and the person
bestowing such gifts and endowments.

(2) Any municipal council may contribute moneys to the funds of the
Anti-Cancer Council either for special purposes of the Anti-Cancer Council or
in aid of the general purposes thereof and upon such terms and conditions (not
inconsistent with the objects of the Anti-Cancer Council) as may be agreed
upon between the Anti-Cancer Council and such municipal council.
