26. Officers to give security, not to receive commission



(1) Every salaried officer of the council or of any committee entrusted with
the control or custody of any money for or on behalf of the council or any
committee shall give such security (if any) as the finance committee requires.

(2) No salaried officer of the council or of any committee shall receive
whether directly or indirectly any commission or payment in the nature thereof
for or in respect of any moneys collected or received by him for or on behalf
of the council or any committee.
