Service of notices

24. Service of notices



(1) A notice required to be served under this Part on any member of the
council or of any committee may be served either personally or by sending it
through the post in a prepaid letter addressed to him at his registered
address for service (if any).

(2) The non-delivery of any notice of a meeting shall not invalidate the
proceedings at the meeting.
